Billing Fee Changes As Of August 1, 2021

As business costs rise, billing fees for new business and renewal policies are increasing effective 08/01/21* as follows:

  •   Service fee per installment: $8 (+$1)

  •   Late fee: $35 (+$5)

  •   Non-sufficient funds: $30 (+$5)

Customers who choose a Full Pay bill plan are not assessed service fees. There is no change to the current $5 AutoPay (EFT) installment fee.
