REMINDER: Agency-Serviced Policy Requests Must Now Be Submitted on the EBC

As of August 2, you must submit all requests for changes to agency-serviced policies through the EBC; changes will no longer be accepted via email. In addition to simplifying the change process, using the EBC increases accuracy and delivers faster turn-around times with many changes made in real time. If you need help, online chat support is available.
