Change to Broker of Record (BoR) Process
 
BoR requests for new business are now handled in ICON. You will be prompted to submit a BoR using the new upload feature when quoting a customer that was also quoted by another agent. Streamlining this process delivers a consistent experience and a faster turnaround on BoR’s. It also means we no longer accept requests via email.
