Small Commercial           NEW Changes to The Payroll Commission Process           The Hartford will now pay all XactPAY (integrated, SmartPay, and Self‑Reported) policy commission based on the policy total estimated annual premium, as we currently do for direct billed policies.   The Hartford is updating our payroll commission statements and process. We have also enhanced our commission statements to make it easier for you to find what you need, quicker.
