Digital Claim Forms Coming to Workers’ Compensation

Starting Nov. 19, WC claim forms transition to a new digital web‑based version, allowing customers to view, acknowledge and complete eligible correspondence online. During this 18‑month rollout, some forms will be received and completed via the new digital platform, while others will still need to be mailed or faxed.
